The smoked marlin cigar stuffed with palm heart and candied lemon served with exotic fruits chutney and salmon roe, and the creole style porc curry served with black lentils fricassee and smoothered country leaves, are a must try during your stay. This fusion of French and local cuisines will excite your taste buds with its Mauritian spices – flavours that will make you discover and experience the local dishes… The restaurant has its own specifications, its own uniqueness, especially with its opened kitchen, you will feel like you have your own chef.
The restaurant is opened for breakfast and dinner only. Meals are A la Carte.Guests have the option to eat indoors while nature lovers can opt for the deck where they can admire the magnificent view of the bay of Trou aux Biches.
Opening hours: from 07h30 to 10h00 and 19h30 to 22h00.
Dress code: casual; at dinner time, shorts are not accepted in the restaurant.
